How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is processed after 3 working days.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email after booking submission?

Please contact us at +603 7847 1338 or email and we will resend the confirmation email.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking prior to travel?

No. However, we recommend checking the flight departure time by contacting us 24 hours prior your departure.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Getaway Packages bookings upon confirmation cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged, transferred or refunded.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Yes, provided flight and room is available, please contact us at +603 7847 1338 or email to check on availability.

I need to cancel my hotel-is it possible to receive a refund?

No, all confirmed bookings are STRICTLY not cancellable and STRICTLY non-refundable with total amount paid forfeited.

Can I book hotel package online without air ticket?

No, we do not have such package available. Online purchase is for air-tickets only or air-inclusive package (flight + hotel).

Can I receive a refund for part of my stay if I need shorten my stay?

Unfortunately, no. All bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable.

How do I request bedding type and smoking or non-smoking special requests?

You can indicate such requests at the “Remarks” field available at “Particulars” during online submission.

What do I need to check-in at my hotel?

Please print and bring your booking confirmation email and hotel vouchers.

How do I know if my hotel booking is inclusive of breakfast?

It will be indicated on your Booking Confirmation.

What time can I check-in and check-out of my hotel?

Typically, hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. However, it is best that you check with the hotel.

What happens if I miss my flight?

You will need to purchase a new ticket.

Can I make a booking for someone else?

Yes, you certainly can. However, you will have to act as a messenger in the event of any flight rescheduling notifications to the passenger.

How do I update my passport details and DOB on my flight tickets?

Please email to us at , indicate booking reference number, confirmation numbers for verification.

How do I know if Berjaya Air has rescheduled my flights?

If there are changes to your flight schedule, you will receive notification via email or through telephone. Please always ensure that your telephone number (preferably mobile number) and email address is correct. The email notification will be sent to the telephone number and email address registered in the booking itinerary. For example, if you have made a reservation for someone else and the contact number and email address is registered under you, the email will be sent to you and not the guest registered in the booking therefore you will be required to forward notification to the individual concerned.

Are airport taxes and fees included in the flight ticket?

Yes, it is included except for flights to Hua Hin. Airport tax of THB 400 per person will be payable upon check-in at Hua Hin airport.

I need to book a Flight and Hotel package for more than 9 people-what do I do?

Group package booking can be done online too.

Can a reservation be placed on hold?

Unfortunately, no.

How can I travel to more than one destination?

Yes. You will be required to do more booking transactions as per your required destinations.

What if I mis-spelt a travellers name?
